"Time 2 Dine" event raises £380

Former Trustee, Ann Davenport hosted a dinner at her house for ten friends, where her guests were treated to a three course dinner with wine. Hilarious stories were told and laughter could be heard streets away in the quiet suburbs of Billericay.

Generously donated prizes were raffled. Sue (queen of the microwave) won a beautiful Italian Cookery Book and Linda (just lost three stones) swapped a huge box of Thornton’s chocolates for toiletries, but for some reason the pedometer kept being put back !!

"This is just a great idea, £380 was raised and a great time was had by all," said Ann. "But more importantly each of my guests have promised to host a "Time to Dine" during the year to help raise funds for Childcare."
